Customer Service Representative
20 Week Diploma Program

The objective of the 20 week Customer Service program is to provide students with the necessary interpersonal and technical skills to achieve success in the customer service industry.  The student will gain a thorough understanding of the customers’ needs and their concerns.

Upon completing the program, the student will have gained the skills necessary to work in a variety of customer service positions including Call Centre Sales Associate, Public Relations, Help Desk, Salesperson, and many more.
